Solution Approach
Providing effective
information security solutions includes a balanced combination of four
elements, Technology, Process, People, and
Facilities.
Technology
Technology provides the tools for
information assurance including systems for implementing and managing
information security. Examples are identification & authentication, host
and application access control, packet filters and firewalls, intrusion
detection, vulnerability scanners, virtual private networks, and
encryption among others. We offer and work with the latest technologies
in these areas and have many of them available for review in our product
demonstration lab.
Process
Process is necessary to derive benefit from
technology. Our processes includes an integrated set of methods and
techniques including landscape discovery, risk assessment, boundary
protection, intrusion detection, incident response, and enterprise
management.
People
People provide the expertise to use the
technologies and the processes. Our staff are actively engaged in solving
current day problems for both commercial and government sponsors. Our
experience spans many of the critical infrastructures such as banking,
telecommunications, government, intelligence, and
military.
Facilities
Facilities provide the physical environment and infrastructure
for information security. Our extensive security, computing, and networking
facilities for information assurance host product and technology demonstrations, system design, engineering, and testing. Our secure facilities include government accredited areas, screen rooms, storage, processing and communications.
